The TopDiag BT400 is a 4-in-1 automotive diagnostic tool designed for both 12V and 24V vehicles. It combines battery analysis, circuit leakage detection, OBD2 voltage testing, and a memory-saving battery replacement function into a single handheld device.
Key 4-in-1 Functions
Comprehensive Battery Testing: Analyzes battery health (SOH), charge status (SOC), internal resistance, and cold cranking amps (CCA). It supports cranking and charging system tests to evaluate the starter motor and alternator performance.
Circuit Leakage Detection: Measures parasitic draw on the battery when the vehicle is dormant. It can record current waveforms for up to 30 minutes to help identify intermittent electrical leaks.
OBD2 Port Pin Voltage Test: Allows users to view the voltage values of each pin on the OBD2 connector to ensure the interface is functioning correctly.
Battery Replacement (Memory Saver): Protects the vehicle’s ECU settings and memory (such as radio codes and seat positions) during a battery change by providing backup power through the OBD2 port. This requires connecting the device to an external spare battery during the process.
