This is authorization for vxdiag multi and vxdiag vcx se to support the car brands, not software activation code or online access.

The VXDIAG PW3 Authorization License allows you to add official Porsche PIWIS 3 diagnostic capabilities to your existing VCX SE or VCX DoIP hardware interface.

Hardware Compatibility & Serial Number Requirements

Before purchasing, you must verify your device’s Serial Number (S/N) since this is a virtual activation code mapped to your specific hardware.

• Supported Devices: It is compatible with the VXDiag VCX DoIP Multi Tool and VCX SE hardware. It is supported on SE and PLUS series devices, but NANO series devices do not support adding this license.
• Serial Number Check: Your device must have a serial number starting with V71XN*****, V83XD*****, or V94*******.
• Note: Avoid devices with specific locked ranges (like V94BM***** which are restricted to BMW).

License Capabilities

• Full Multi-Functionality: Unlocks dealer-level vehicle diagnostics, programming, and coding.
• Porsche Vehicle Coverage: Supports models from 2005 to 2024+. The license pack typically activates both PW2 (for older 2005–2016 models) and PW3 (for 2017 onwards models using DoIP).
• DoIP Protocols: Full support for new DoIP Ethernet diagnostic technology required for newer Porsche platforms.
• No Annual Fees: Includes lifetime free updates for the firmware and authorization. If the temporary license timeframe expires in the app, you simply renew it for free via the VX Manager desktop software.

Critical Requirements & What is NOT Included

• No Software Included: The purchase is strictly a digital license authorization tied to your hardware. It does not include the Porsche PIWIS installation software or an online PPN account access code.
• Software Provisioning: You will need to obtain the factory diagnostic software separately, install it via a pre-installed 2TB HDD/SSD, or download it through community networks.

Activation Process

Because this is a virtual product, there is no physical shipping involved.

1. Submit S/N: Purchase the license from an official distributor like the VXDIAG Shop PW3 License Page or OBDII365 PW3 License Page and send them your device’s Serial Number.
2. Wait for Activation: The vendor will manually sync the PW3 permissions to your hardware ID on the global VXDIAG server.
3. Sync in VX Manager: Once notified of completion, connect your device to your PC via USB/WiFi, open the official VX Manager program, and click “Update License” to sync the changes to your device.
