Common Rail Injector Tester CRI100 High Pressure Fuel Electromagnetic and Piezo-electric injector tester

The CRI100 High Pressure Common Rail Injector Tester is a portable diagnostic tool designed to drive and test both electromagnetic and piezoelectric injectors. It functions as a signal simulator, providing the necessary control signals to operate high-pressure common rail injectors from major brands like Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Siemens, and Caterpillar.

Key Technical Specifications
Supported Injector Types: Electromagnetic (solenoid) and Piezoelectric injectors.
Injection Frequency: Adjustable from 1 to 30Hz (or up to 40Hz/2400rpm depending on the specific model variation).
Pulse Width: Fully adjustable from 0 to 6000μs.
Power Supply: Compatible with a wide voltage range of AC 110V–240V.
Driving Voltage: Features high-voltage drivers, reaching approximately 70V for solenoid injectors and up to 160V for piezo injectors.
Safety Features: Includes built-in overcurrent and short-circuit protection to prevent damage to the device or the injector.

Functionality and Use
Diagnostic Capabilities: When used with a mechanical nozzle tester (like the S60H), it allows for the assessment of spray patterns, delivery, back leak, and chattering.
Test Point Presets: The device often includes predefined settings for various test conditions, such as VL (Full Load), TL (Emission), LL (Idle), and VE (Pre-injection).
User Interface: Typically equipped with a large digital display (e.g., 20×4 LCD) and an “ADJ” button/knob for navigating menus and adjusting parameters in real-time.
Portability: Weighing between 0.4kg and 2kg (depending on the housing material), it is designed for both on-site field tests and workshop use.

Standard Package Contents
A typical CRI100 kit from manufacturers like Beacon Machine includes:
CRI100 Main Unit
Power Supply Cable
Injector Drive Cables (various connectors for different brands)
Connection lines for resistance and inductance measurement (on advanced models).
